Meet Dean and Darlene

Dean and Darlene are the owners of First Class Glass, and for them, this business has always been about more than auto glass – it’s about taking care of people.

Dean has spent over 25 years in the automotive windshield and glass industry. Fully licensed and committed to ongoing training, he stays current with new techniques and technologies. After years managing a large corporation, Dean chose a different path – one where he could focus on quality workmanship, personal service, and helping customers without the red tape of a big company.

Originally established in the South Okanagan, Dean later brought his experience to West Kelowna, building a small, specialized business offering windshield and auto glass services alongside convertible tops, custom tonneau covers, landau tops and specialty restoration work.

Dean has been working with vehicle interiors and specialty restoration since the age of 16. Over the years, his work has included everything from everyday vehicles to unique restoration projects and show cars, building the hands-on experience that remains at the heart of First Class Glass today.

Darlene brings over 15 years of industry experience to the business. She is highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and deeply service-minded. Her ability to source hard-to-find and unique automotive items is a true asset – and one that customers quickly come to appreciate.
